Job Description:

JHT is hiring a full-time Financial Analyst/Cost Proposal Manager with at least 5+ years in financial and project analysis.

 

Required experience/skills:

  • Corporate Finance – Update monthly corporate financial report detailing revenue projections for the out years
  • Cost Volume Manager – Stay on top of cost proposal deadlines while providing price to win analysis, pricing, and cost narratives
  • Budgeting – Prepare yearly budget to assist CFO in overhead rate creation.  Monitor and rebase line budget for monthly review with the COO
  • Project Analysis – Create and update cost performance reports (CPR’s) for program managers (PMs) weekly.  Create and review labor schedules for PMs.  Review, track and report current project performance, ETCs, EACs, budget and profit.  Report bi-annual project performance to corporate leadership weekly.  Review invoices for accuracy.  Review contracts and contract modifications for accuracy and execution.  Create purchase requests, subcontractor agreements and labor transfers. 


Desired experience/skills:

  • Strong MS Excel skills to include knowledge pivot tables, vlookup, etc.

  • Self-starter; able to handle multiples projects simultaneously
